BRIDGEWATER, NJ -- JAG-ONE Physical Therapy, one of the fastest-growing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy practices providing rehabilitative care to patients and sports teams in over 110 locations across the Northeast, today announced that its CEO, John Gallucci Jr., was honored at his alma mater, Dominican University New York. He was inducted into the University’s Hall of Achievement with fellow inductees Leigh Weiss & Emily Gerbehy.
The Alumni Hall of Achievement was inaugurated in 2007 in order to recognize the commitment and dedication to the school and community. Those inducted have addressed issues that have had a critical impact on Dominican University’s future and its students.
Dominican University also unveiled the opening of the Gallucci Physical Therapy Research Laboratory, which is dedicated under John Gallucci Jr.'s name. Gallucci committed to donating a scholarship to the school for the next three years, as well as a personal contribution to go towards research and innovation within the Physical Therapy lab. Gallucci and Dominican University both look forward to supporting the students in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
“I am incredibly honored and humbled to have been recognized by my alma mater in this wonderful ceremony,” said Gallucci. “I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to continuously support the school that I am so proud to have attended, through the new Gallucci Physical Therapy Research Laboratory and the scholarship to deserving students for the next three years. My hope is that these contributions inspire the next generation of physical therapists to provide dedicated and compassionate care to their communities.”
