WASHINGTON, DC -- Model B has announced two new hires to strengthen its leadership team and provide outsized impact for clients.

Jeremy Hoders has been appointed Executive Director at Model B. With over 15 years of experience in business, creative strategy, and brand building, Hoders excels at solving complex business challenges that drive growth. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading client growth initiatives using marketing methodologies to deliver optimal impact and ROI. Before joining Model B, Hoders was the Group Account Director at DNA, working with well-known brands such as Swerve Sweetener, Pabst Beer, Catalina Marketing, Tableau, and Amazon. Working coast to coast, he has also partnered with brands such as Microsoft, Under Armour, Peloton, Totino's Pizza Rolls, Toaster Strudel, and Old El Paso. Hoders is excited to unlock growth opportunities for clients and the agency, and he looks forward to pushing boundaries and positively impacting clients' businesses.

In addition, Model B has hired Dan Kuhlman as its new Media Director. With ten years of experience in the advertising space, Kuhlman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the position. Joining Model B from Merkle, Kulhman has primarily worked in larger advertising agencies, with some publisher-side experience in programmatic and streaming audio channels.

Throughout his career, Kuhlman has worked with some of the world’s leading brands in the retail, financial services, healthcare, auto, and CPG verticals. His focus has been on integrated and performance marketing, with a focus on efficacy, agility, and tactical insights.

Kuhlman is a transplant in Pittsburgh by way of Chicago. During Covid, he married and is now the proud father of a beautiful daughter, Millie (Amelia).
